I means for have 0% i get random alien
You cant have 0% random alien unless you activate master control
The minimum for random aliens without master control is 10%

But for like have alway Only 10% i need wait 2 minute for recharge 100% for never get more than 10%?
If you Time Out or Recharge instead of letting it happen on its own, it increases the chance you get a random Alien, increases resharge time, and decreases Transformation time. There's no way to keep it at a random %
