Error when overriding `toString` method of schema class in browser

Is it expected to be able to override

toString

toString

method of schema classes? I'm getting an error at runtime (only in browser) like this:

(FiberFailure) TypeError: Cannot assign to read only property 'toString' of object '[object Object]'
