Dedicated Server wont start up again

So i played on my server with 2 mods (Refined Power and the base ModLoader) and i wanted to add the Pak Utilities mod cause i had some problems in the World. I use SMM for Mods for the server and client. I added the Pak mod tried restarting the server and now it wont startup. I tried disabling mods but there are get this message -> failed to remove old mods: failed to delete mod directory: failed to delete path: file does not exist < I added the Debug file for infos. Also my server is running on AMP and it gives me this Message

You should shut down the dedicated server executable before trying to install mods on it.

Ok thats the problems so is there a way to save this cause i forgot to turn on Backups on the server. Or do i need to start the map from 0 again? And is that the problem why the Server wont start again ? I just created a new instance of the satisfactory server and worked again
