Export entire library

I currently have a Immich library (150GB) and would like to export all the data (photos and database), so that I can set up Immich on another machine. I know that there is a way to export the library directly via some Docker command, but I'd like to export it to a hard drive which I can't connect to the machine Immich is running on (PC -> Proxmox -> CasaOS LXC -> Immich).
Does anybody know a way I could pull this off? If you need any additional information, please let me know.
