Question about Schema.mutable and Schema.struct interaction in Effect Typescript library

Oops, accidentally posted this in the stream channel instead of schema. Is it a bug that Schema.mutable(Schema.struct({....})) removes make from the Schema? Or is that intentional for some reason?
