When will tanstack start stable version without vinxi will be released? Or can we use it now and how many changes it will have?

no you can't use start without vinxi right now
we'll hopefully release start without vinxi soon
won't be the official "stable" version though
as we have still more planned before that
the changes will be small, mostly config changes. also API routes will get some updates which require some code modifications
