TModLoader Mod Download Crash

Hey guys. I know a while back you guys helped me with fixing the code so TModLoader wouldn't crash upon load, but it is now crashing when I try to download Mods. I run a Mac if you guys remember and so I know that I will need your guys' help again. Can you help me to get things functional on my end?

If the information in the pinned thread does not solve your issue, please post all log files by dragging and dropping them into this chat. In Steam right click on

tModLoader

tModLoader

in the library, then hover over

Manage

Manage

and click on

Browse local files

Browse local files

. In the folder that appears find

tModLoader-Logs

tModLoader-Logs

and open that folder. Inside that folder are the logs files. Select them all except the

Old

So, for whatever reason the Steam api isn't properly loading
Meaning no ingame steam features....
Double check for any steam updates?

Kk. I'll poke around a bit - it looks like this is also a problem in Stardew Valley modding scene and suddenly started within past 2 to 3 months

In the interim, you can use workshop in steam client to sub to mods and bypass ingame mod browser

Oh, one other item -
I'm seeing some mention of using dev tools recently and/or addressing a malware thingy that had side effect of this starting to happen.

Super strange.

Anyways, my nephews and I are huge fans of the game. We’re playing a Mod that has a bard class. Keep up the awesome work. We’re looking forward to more Terraria awesomeness from you guys.
