Migration of Service Management to Another Server (Self-Hosted)

I am using the self-hosted version of Dokploy to remotely manage services on multiple servers. I now need to migrate the management of these servers from one control server to another without reinstalling the services themselves.
Is it possible to transfer the Dokploy configuration from one control server to another to avoid reconfiguring server management manually? If so, what steps should be taken to ensure a smooth migration?
