Considering Effect for a React Framework Project
hey folks - I'm considering introducing Effect into my project. I've historically reached for io-ts and fp-ts, and began investigating Effect after hitting issues with ESM using fp-ts. Would it be reasonable to consider using Effect in conjunction with a React framework like Remix/RR7, or does the Effect runtime have certain strictures that are incompatible?
