Bosses spawn in incorrcet order during Boss Rush
When I summon the Boss Rush event the first bosses appear in the correct order, but soon after, the bosses' spawning doesn't function correctly.

and also I forgot to mention that when the lunatic cultist spawns I have to kill it twice to progress in the event
