low fps and low 1% fps

When i open Tmodloader i average around 30-40fps for a while and when i manage to get 60fps on the fps overlay the 1% fps is single digit and sometime up to 20 and this has been happening for about 5 months. I have a good pc with a ryzen 5 7600 and 7800xt. so far ive verified files, disabled enabled mods, reinstalled game on multiple drives, reset windows and files and a few other things and it still is occurring

In Steam right click on tModLoader in the library, then hover over Manage and click on Browse local files. In the folder that appears find tModLoader-Logs and open that folder. Inside that folder are the logs files. Select them all except the Old folder and drag them into this chat. All you can really do is either run less mods, lower settings, lower window resolution, or play on a smaller world
