Hi, I just got notified that we've exceded our request time and will be charged an additional $40. Upon checking our usage, we had a huge usage spike today. I've attached a screenshot. You can see that we normally sit around 1 - 2 hrs request time per day, but today our app used 75 hours. I also had support requests from many users saying that our app was unresponsive from about 11:55am - 12:10pm. I'm wondering if someone can help us to figure our what happened?
