Steam Family
I want to download t-modloader on a account that owns Terraria via Steam Family; however when I attempt to do so I get something saying "Does not own a license" is there any workarounds I can use in order to make this happen?

SI took a look at this and I’m having problems with the second step. The video for the example shows the install location being on the steam (Browse Files) feature which one cannot due without owning T-Mod loader on steam; which is the problem I have in the first place.
RDo the exact same steps but with Terraria instead.
