Callback or Event on BulkAction table row selected one checkbox.

Hi everyone,

I have two questions.

1. 
   I want to use the Summaries on my table or I will create one custom Widget for sums like that.
   My aim is to get selected rows on a callback when a user clicked on that row.

I know I can get all of the selected ones on action on Bulk Action.
But I need "selectRow" or "deselectRow" event when a row is selected exactly.
Is this possible?

2.
I want to load table with "some" selected rows on bulk action on first load after mount.
Is this possible?
