One Asset Stuck Uploading on iOS

I’ve been fighting this issue for about a week and can’t seem to figure out a way to clear it. Whenever foreground update is active on the iOS app on my phone, it’ll go through the list of “remaining assets” until there’s one left and then just stay there apparently doing nothing, forever. The name and date it shows is just the file info for the last asset it uploaded. Killing the app and then bringing it back up shows what’s in the picture: a file with no name or ID taken on October 4th, 2020. I did go through my phone and check and had 1 picture from that date. Deleted that, but it still seems to get stuck there. I’ve tried logging out and logging back in to Immich, completely uninstalling and reinstalling Immich, making sure that photo was removed even from the trash on my phone, but I’m still seeing this behavior. I’ve checked the logs and don’t see anything obvious there: just some warnings noting some skipped assets because they’re duplicates and some older errors that seemed to be related to connectivity when I was switching networks. Besides the annoying always-present uploading UI cues, this also seems to be blocking the normal merging/uploading any “Live Photos”. The videos upload but images refuse to unless I manually stop the foreground update and press upload on each one. I suppose also worth noting: I think this all started when I accidentally pressed the “Clear” button for Duplicate Assets in the Advanced options. At least I didn’t notice the issue before that and did when it went through trying to upload the duplicate files. App and server are both on 1.131.3

I think that one file is related to this file
name: IMG_2610.MOV, created on: 2024-08-19 16:09:05.000,
name: IMG_2610.MOV, created on: 2024-08-19 16:09:05.000,
which I imagine is from a shared library feature of iCloud
