How can I make veinminer only work on ores and not trees?
I was building my house and accidentally placed an oak log in the wrong spot. When I broke it, the entire frame of the house broke with it.:a_holymoly:

You can remove the wood group with /veinminer group remove

Block Groups
Block groups can hold multiple blocks together that will be treated like the same block.
/veinminer groups create <name> [<block1>] [<block2>]
Groups can be limited to certain tools, for example group/veinminer groups edit <name> add-block <block>/veinminer groups edit <name> remove-block <block>
logs can only be mined by axes. If no tool is added to a group, all tools are allowed. If a block is in multiple groups, all tools from those groups are allowed.
(If a block is in one unlimited tool group and one limited to axes, only axes work for this block)

i do /veinminer then group but it is red
You can temporarly activate cheats in your world by escape -> open in lan -> cheats enabled. This will Reset on world join again

It saves for all worlds directly.
I experimenting a bit with default configs, as before wood was default a lot people ask how to add it, now people seem to ask how to disable it.

Veinminer is for general purpose of mining similar blocks together. We heared a lot people asking for configs to add wood, so we decided to add it as default. I might remove it again if this question rise too much, its a hard decision
people keep cutting down there houses
i use timber from vannila tweaks
and i thought it was a timber issue and contatied the dev of that
You can toggle it off with a single command
/veinminer group remove Woodyeah i did that
