using Version: v0.21.6
I can confirm similar issues. When I don't specify an issuer the fields are editable but don't accept my input

I have problems with 2FA activation in Version v0.21.6
it alway "Pin is required"
Does anyone have the same problem as me?
I face this issue too, look like a big bug 😛
They fixed it in the V0.21.7 version :3
