Every time i try to open my tModloader it doesnt works, i tried to create the files manually but it also doesnt works

How was it solved? Please update us as we're having the same issue
OK I just fixed it thanks to Michael, apparently (for me) it was a file access issue. In the bottom right of your computer screen (not in game, literally your desktop) clicck notifications and you should see some recent messages saying 'folder access blocked). Click on the most recent one and 'allow on this device', then you should be good to go!
