Decouple and Recalibration Function ist working no matter what I try. (Galaxy watch 6 and The App)

I have had problems with decoupling and recalibration in both the app and on the watch and I've updated both, read the manual 3 times , watched the tutorial vid also. Nothing works, Please help, I will send a video to add on to this.
