Upload path doesn't change to my location?

So I'm very new to Immich and I'm trying to fix things.
SO I have an SSD memory that I want to upload all my photos and videos inside that, however, when I change the env file like this:
It still upload files to the Immich default folder. What should I do? What do I do wrong?

UPLOAD_LOCATION=/media/server/Backup/ImmichThe location where your database files are stored
DB_DATA_LOCATION=./postgresIt still upload files to the Immich default folder. What should I do? What do I do wrong?
