Something went wrong with ModUpdateNotifier
All I did was hit update in the SMM and I got this:
As far as I know Satisfactory did not update to 1.1
I think Steam's update process would be longer then...

Solution
Well... I closed the error dialog and it said no more updates. I turned off mods and it showed some extraction progress. I turned mods on again and barely any progress was shown. I closed SMM and relaunced it, nothing extra was said. Launched game and no complaints. Guess all is dandy now.
