Unusual request time spike
Hi, I received an alert saying I have crossed 75% of my request time but in analytics I see that most of it coming from 2 customers and specifically related to sync.
Is this normal? Are their ways to optimize sync?

Usually it's ~15hrs on a day but on 19th it crossed 50hrs

Your average request time per action was 184ms which is quite low. That suggests that this is legitimate traffic. Have you tried counting to see how many records are in the database for the top two shops? Specifically the discount and customer models.
oh let me check.. is there a dashboard or link where I can check these easily? like how much data etc? and also the above graph that you posted?
Is there a way to connect a postgres tool to gadget db and run queries?
You'd need to make a computed field from a parent model to do a count. So in your case make a computed field on ShopifyShop and count the discount records
We have a feature coming out called Computed Views which will allow you to make more dynamic queries like this but there's currently no way to connect directly to the DB
