I can't get the required FPS
I am very happy with Terraria being 64 bit. I have 32 GB RAM and my processor is Amd ryzen 5 5600 I have a good system and I need more fps but tModLoader does not use more RAM and CPU than necessary. It is annoying that it limits it, how can I set the limit myself? Can you please help me?

There is no limit, it uses what it needs. For CPU though, TML and Terraria are single threaded, they can only use 1 core
All you can really do is run less mods and lower settings to the min
