Whitelists / distributed environment

I'm working on a distributed crowdsec installation (multiple agents connected to one LAPI). I would like to set up a whitelists for all the agents so i tryed to configure it on the LAPI but after multiple tests it seems that the whitelist (/etc/crowdsec/hub/parsers/s02-enrich/crowdsecurity/whitelists.yaml) is not taken into account. I tryed to set it up on one agent and it worked but i would like to have only one whitelists for all the agents.
So is it possible to configure a whitelists on the LAPI and apply it to all decisions coming from the agents ?
