Using Start with shadcn and tailwindv3

Using start with tailwindv3 and shadcn is not working. I get an error

 [plugin:vite:css] [postcss] typeMap[type] is not a function

 [plugin:vite:css] [postcss] typeMap[type] is not a function

is this a react 19 issue?
