New Effect Integration for React: @donverduyn/react-runtime Package Released

For those interested in an effect integration for react, i've recently published @donverduyn/react-runtime.

It has its origins in the idea of binding managed runtimes to component instances, by wrapping them into their own provider tree, but it has since then evolved into a set of very powerful primitives, for runtime orchestration.
