What was the motivation for choosing
postgres NPM package (567k/week downloads, 8k stars, last release 6 months ago, exists 6 years) instead of the much more stable and widely adopted pg NPM package (7324k/week downloads, 12.6k stars, last release less than a day ago, exists 15 years) for the @effect/sql-pg package?
