Immich iOS app - broken images/videos randomly appear?

currently iOS 1.132.0 and server 1.132.1 So I've been having this problem with the app, since I've installed (so not new with this version). There seems to be two types of broken images: 1. One type occurs when I have the Immich app running in background for a period of time. When I bring it up, there will be several broken thumbnails (and corresponding image/video). If I close the app and reopen it, it goes back to normal. But it does that every time after the app is opened for a while. 2. There is some permanently broken images / videos in the app that show up and remain even when reopening the app. Please see attached screenshot. In web UI, that same image is just fine, but it won't open if I open it on the app, for some reasons. :/ Thanks

The second issue is a known one and something that has to do with the caching we have in the mobile app. Can you show an example of the first one?
