Bluetooth connection issues, then stopped entering bootloader
Hi all, my nice!nano suddenly stopped connecting over bluetooth (just kept saying "couldn't connect" on the connecting device) and now as I'm trying to re-pair it, it won't show up to pair, even as I'm trying to cycle between and clear bluetooth profiles. Keystrokes still can be received over USB, so I know at least something is still working, but I can't tell what's going on with the bluetooth.
I was going to try to re-flash the firmware, but found that it won't even enter the bootloader. I'm using tweezers to double-tap RST and GND. The blue light either flashes twice and then goes dark, or lights up solid blue but very dim. I'm not really sure what that means.
Any help is appreciated, thank you!

It sounds like you're having trouble with both Bluetooth connectivity and entering the bootloader on your nice!nano.
For the Bluetooth issue, the Keyboard Won't Pair troubleshooting guide in our documentation explains the ZMK pairing process and common issues. It might be helpful to review the section on understanding ZMK profiles and how to clear bonds.
Regarding the bootloader issue, the behavior you're describing with the blue light is unusual. The Entering the Bootloader guide has steps for flashing new firmware and troubleshooting if you're unable to enter the bootloader, including trying a different USB cable or device. It also links to a guide from Nice Keyboards for more advanced bootloader troubleshooting.
Please let me know if going through those guides helps or if you have any other questions! You can reply to this message or tag me for further assistance.

I've already gone through both of those guides.
Thanks for letting me know you've already reviewed those guides.
Since you're still having trouble entering the bootloader even after trying the troubleshooting steps, and the blue light behavior is unusual, it might indicate a deeper issue. The Nice Keyboards guide linked in our documentation under "Unable to Enter Bootloader" is the next step for trying to re-flash the bootloader itself.
If you've exhausted those options and are still unable to get the nice!nano into the bootloader or resolve the Bluetooth issue, it's possible there's a hardware problem with the nice!nano itself.
Please let me know if you'd like to explore any of these possibilities further.
I was hoping to see if anyone else had run into a similar issue or something, or if anyone knows what the blue light behavior means.
