Immich not recognizing RAID5 storage array
I cannot seem to get immich to recognize my RAID array. I would be happy to post config files etc. I have immich installed in docker container elsewhere. I was hoping to use the array for photo storage

In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:
- Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
- All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
- Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
- Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like fdisk -l and df -h).
- The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.
- Any other information that you think might be relevant.
Please paste files and logs with proper code formatting, and especially avoid blurry screenshots.

If this ticket can be closed you can use the /close command, and re-open it later if needed.What do you mean by "not recognise"? Immich shouldn't care about what specific storage backend you're using
Can you provide your
docker-compose.yml file?And .env
And the output of
lsblk and df -hT
I tried inputting the mount point for the storage as well
Ok so you only need
UPLOAD_LOCATION=/mnt/raid5/immich the way you're using it, remove
And make sure the spaces at the front of UPLOAD_LOCATION are gone as well
Remove those above from both env and yaml file
I'm assuming line 1: cannot unmarshal !!str + UPLOA... into cli.namedyaml: unmarshal errors: is not in the actual compose
If you haven't already started using immich, just delete the contents of the postgres directory (DB_DATA_LOCATION).
If you have, use sudo cp -a /path/to/library /mnt/raid5/immich before starting the new composeI've done this, and immich launches, but I cannot pullup the web interface. Thank you for your assistance thus far. I'm sorry if this a dumb problem. I honestly tried to reach through documentation and check if anyone else had this issue before posting
