looks like you are using the cpu serverless, you might want to select the eu-ro-1 data center, other dc don't have cpu available at the moment.
@yhlong00000 do you plan to expand it to other DCs? (even just pods)
Yes, we have plan to expand cpu for each data center, so far the progress is a bit slow and will announce it when it available.
