[ISSUE] Can't start Immich anymore

Sorry for the terrible issue, you probably saw it 50 times ..
I used Immich in a really simple way .. deployed it once, never touched it since. It was working really fine
I then installed watchtower to update my apps, and everything was properly done, except for Immich. Now it doesn't start anymore.
I mean, logs say it's starting and that everything is fine, but i can't access it.

I tried to change the version to go to my old version manually, but it doesn't work either.
