Infinite loading wheel trying to connect to Bisect server

Hi there! I am having an issue connecting the mod manager to a server I rented through Bisect. Their support hasn't been the most helpful, even though there's a guide specifically for SMM on their website. I put in my credentials correctly, but it seems to start trying to connect before I am even done entering them. No time out error or anything like that, just infinite loading wheel. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

We need more information to help you. Before launching the game again, open the Mod Manager and use the "Generate debug info" option, then send the zip file produced here in this channel. If you need to access older log files, see https://docs.ficsit.app/satisfactory-modding/latest/faq.html#Files_Logs

the logs don't indicate anything special happening other than it trying to connect via SFTP. are you able to use another sftp client to connect to the server with those same credentials?
