No solder headers

I have a wireless corne keyboard with nice nano and view using the no solder headers. I noticed that plugging and unplugging my keyboard to charge loosens the headers and will loosen the connection for both the nano and view. Is there some solution to this that doesn't require soldering?

Hello! I understand you're having trouble with your no-solder headers loosening on your Corne Wireless. This can definitely happen with repeated plugging and unplugging. Unfortunately, the nature of no-solder headers is that they rely on friction to maintain the connection. While they offer a solder-free build, they can be susceptible to loosening over time, especially with movement like plugging in a USB cable. The most secure connection would be achieved by soldering, but since you're looking for a non-soldering solution, there isn't a perfect fix to prevent all loosening. However, you can try to be extra careful when plugging and unplugging your keyboard to minimize stress on the headers. Ensure you are pulling the cable straight out without wiggling it. If the headers become too loose and you experience connectivity issues, you may need to re-seat the nice!nano and nice!view firmly into the headers. For future builds or if you decide to try soldering, the EZ-Solder or Mill-Max hotswap methods provide a more robust connection. You can find more information on these methods in the nice!nano section of the Corne Wireless build guide. Let me know if you have any other questions!

I've had the same issue. Planning to just solder everything this weekend when I build by new keyboard.
