Only one row on left half working
Hello only the thumb row on my left half is currently working. All other keys do not work. The right half still works and th unit can still connect to my computer. The kerb has been working for about 6 months no problem and now after work it has stopped working. I use this keyboard at work so if I could resolve this tonight that would be great.

It sounds like you might have an issue with a specific row or column on your left half. Since the right half is working and the keyboard can connect, the issue is likely isolated to the left side.
The most common cause for this is a soldering issue with the nice!nano pins that control the non-working rows/columns.
You can find a diagram showing which nice!nano pins correspond to the rows and columns on the troubleshooting page for your specific keyboard in our documentation. Check the "Rows and Columns to nice!nano Pins" section.
Once you've identified the relevant pins, carefully inspect the solder joints on both the nice!nano and the PCB. Look for any joints that look dull, bumpy, or like they aren't fully connected. Also, check for any accidental solder bridges between pins.
If you find any questionable joints, you can try reheating them with your soldering iron and adding a small amount of fresh solder. If you suspect a short, you can try to remove the excess solder.
