Follow the link Jean Michel posted above and make sure to follow every step, even those you think you won't need to know, you will!
Also keep in mind that while some of the mods you've listed will be more simple others might be more complicated than you think, but don't let that discourage you. Start out with the tutorial mods in the modding docs, then start with something simple for your first mod and build on your skills from there 🙂
And remember we're here to help if you find yourself getting stuck and can't find the answer in the docs or in the other threads here 😄
