Reverse proxy + 522 error (NGINX Proxy Manager + Cloudflare)
Hi everyone,
I'm running Immich v1.132.3 in Docker on an OMV server, with access configured through NGINX Proxy Manager (NPM) and Cloudflare DNS (CNAME to my public IP).
After what I suspect was a recent Immich update, I’m now getting a 522 error. Everything has worked fine for months, other services run behind the same NPM instance and domain setup and work perfectly.
What I have checked so far:
Is this a known issues?

What I have checked so far:
- Immich is accessible locally via http://<local-ip>:2283
- Other reverse proxy entries (e.g. Emby) work fine via NPM + Cloudflare
- NPM is running and correctly configured
- Cloudflare DNS resolves correctly (confirmed by switching proxy on/off)
- NGINX SSL certificate for the domain is valid and active
- No recent router or firewall changes
Is this a known issues?
