Tanstack alpha issues: ERROR: Could not resolve "tanstack:start-manifest"

Im trying to setup lingui on tanstack alpha, however I am running into the above error when trying to run dev mode. Heres the stack blitz: https://stackblitz.com/~/github.com/UngusCode/tanstack-lingui
