Something Conveyor related; probably https://ficsit.app/mod/bamfp ― max speed for conveyors is 2000/min, hard-limit set in the game engine. So everything over mk7 conveyors will crash the game. Use https://ficsit.app/mod/EnhancedConveyors instead

I have seen this crash happen in saves where people have used belt devices like Underground Belts then remove the mod without deconstructing them first

They didn't have underground belts (according to SMM.log anyway). They do have bamfp. Oh, they have bamfp and https://ficsit.app/mod/conveyorbeltmod ― which also has belts over 2000/min.

not sure there is an easy way to detect it because the crash happens when the mod is removed and the constructs are gone

SMM.log history would show them having installed it in the past in that case though, right? Granted, this one seems to have been... sanitized. 🤔

not sure when exactly they roll over

Mircea said 10MB IIRC. Edit: Duh, I see your point. I generally don't like blaming my own actions on the kids, but sudden distraction. 😂

@julius cäser ; ) Did you remove any mods recently?
julius cäser ; )
No, I have updated a few mods

Alright, then I'd suggest disabling belt and miner fast progress and Simple Conveyor.

Follow this flowchart to troubleshoot issues caused by mods (crashes, unexpected behavior, etc.). More information can be found on the docs: https://docs.ficsit.app/satisfactory-modding/latest/faq.html#_how_can_i_troubleshoot_crash_issues

Try disabling Loader and Unloader first. I'm curious. I actually used to get that error with it, ended up removing it. Never tracked down the problem, and it does seem to work for most folk, so I just let it be.
