How to painted thecoated concrete foundation white?
I downloaded a megaprint, and found that the author painted the coated concrete foundation white, but no matter how I tried, I couldn't paint them white (When I use white spray paint, they will turn grey). I want to know why.
The picture shows his white the coated concrete foundation (above) and my attempts (below).
