Right split home row stopped working
Hello, guys. Last night the home row of my right split stopped working all of a sudden (while the keyboard was charging). This morning I started troubleshooting, and while checking the nice!nanos, I noticed they both have a red line on the right side on the usb port, as seen in the attached image. I switched the nice!nanos between boards to check if the board or the nice!nano is the problem and the culprit seems to be the nice!nano.
Are those red lines normal or do they indicate a problem?

@TyperAI any idea?
Hello! Thanks for reaching out.
The red line you're seeing on the nice!nano near the USB port is normal and indicates the charging status of the battery. It should turn off when the battery is fully charged.
Since you've swapped the nice!nanos and confirmed the issue follows the nice!nano, it sounds like that specific nice!nano might be the problem.
For the home row issue, this is often related to the connection between the nice!nano and the PCB. You can find troubleshooting steps for rows and columns not working in our documentation here: https://docs.typeractive.xyz/troubleshooting/rows-columns-not-working
If you've tried those steps and are still having trouble, feel free to reply to this message or tag me for further assistance!

I don't know about the charging indicator, but that looks like red marker. If I were to venture a guess, I'd say that looks like the mark of QA. Maybe indicating that unit was already checked.
