One image seems to block successful sync
Hi everyone,
for days I have a picture that should be synchronized, but it doesn’t work. Therefore, the index rotates on the main screen and I can not delete photos from my phone via Immich app.
How can I find out which picture is wrong?

In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:
- Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
- All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.

docker-compose.yml is do big therefore as an attachment.

Only thing i have changed is i updated to the latest version.

Can you look for this file?
look like a corrupted file
I searched for the video and found it locally as well as in Immich. In both places I could look at it without any problems. I deleted it and restarted the app. Unfortunately still the same problem.
Any help?
do you have any Shared Albums from iCloud?
try excluding them
Only the album „resent“ is selected and iCloud is ignored. Setting which i have not changed since the beginning.


Recents includes Shared Albums feature from iCloud
you can go to the native Photos app and see if you have any
usually the troubled files come from those albums
