you should follow the steps Fred mentioned for fixing your install, but regarding the network error, can you access this URL in your browser? https://api.ficsit.app/v1/mod/SML/versions/all you may need a vpn or to check your network settings

that's good, it means you can access the site try opening the mod manager again, usually a connection failure like that is due to something else in the network

not sure what the cause could be, let's see if anyone else chimes in can you send another debug log to see if the first problem is resolved?

What's interesting is that about a month and a half ago, the mod manager worked without problems, and then errors started. Yes, I can, but only in the evening, I’m already at work now.
