Add Claim Ban
One suggestion like this has been given before. the idea is simple. add a claim ban command which keeps people u dont like out of ur claims. They won't annoy you. IF this is not possible to add, please add some feature similar to this one.

why not put an option to enable and disable pvp on claims instead....(Claim permission holders cannot be attacked)

It will be hard to navigate and walk around, in survival if you are not allowed in someones claim...
