Low fps with mods even though vanilla runs at 60

Hello, I am running an ultra mod pack but even though my vanilla game runs at a stable 60 frames,my modded world consistently runs at 45 or 51 fps and may sometimes dip into the thirties if I go underground. I know that tmodloader isn’t a GPU heavy game so I’m wondering if my game is bottlenecking at a specific mod or something and I was wondering if there is anything I can do.

The the mods I am running are:

Starlight rivers
Mod of redemption
Thorium mod
Secret of the Shadows
Calamity Fables
Spirit Reforged
Consolaria
Homeward journey
Vitality
Rivals
Amulet of many minions
Feverent Arms
Mount and Journey

And other quality and visual improvement mods.

. In the folder that appears find

and open that folder. Inside that folder are the logs files. Select them all except the
