Video conversion error

uploading videos and getting this log error. I have move library on volume 1 NAS SATA and Immich program on volume 2 m.2 ssd. I suspect may be related. I'm admitadly in over my head here. .. I changed the user to 0:0 and added devices: - /dev/dri:/dev/dri and that got rid of the permission errors
