Organizing Library Folders by Device in Immich

Docker on Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS
I’m currently using the storage template feature, and I want to organize my library folders based on the device used to take the photos or videos. Here’s an example of the structure I’d like to achieve:
library/user/S23/2025-01/20250105.jpg
library/user/iPhone 15 Pro/2025-01/IMG0001.jpg
library/user/Note 8/2025-01/20250105.jpg
From my understanding, it’s possible to use albums to create some level of organization. However, I’ve encountered an issue: I store some photos in multiple albums—for example, in an "S23" album and another one like "Vacation" for sharing with other users. It seems that in such cases, the photos are stored in the folder of the album most recently created.
Ideally, I would like these photos to be stored only in the folder corresponding to the device (e.g., "S23") rather than in the secondary album folders.
Additionally, I wonder if there’s a way to place certain types of files, like screenshots, into separate folders. For instance:
library/user/S23 Screenshots/2025-01/20250105.jpg
My main question is: can Immich use the camera model information from EXIF metadata to generate storage templates based on the device?
