People search missing results
Hi! Loving Immich. Great work to all contributing to its development. I'd like to point out an issue I've found.
I have a "large" collection with over 100,00 images and over 1,000 people tagged. When I search for some names I know I have in my collection, the mobile version is unable to return all matching results. It seems that those with fewer matches are not searchable. Could it be capped at 1000 or some other large number?
For example. I look for the last name "Persson", It should provide 5 results but I only get 4. The missing result only has 5 photos tagged while the other 4 people have over 10 photos each.
This behavior applies the web UI as well; when opening a search with options from the Photos Tab, and typing the name in the "Filter people" box.
The only one working as expected is from the People tab, "Search people".

In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:
- Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
- All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
- Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
- Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like fdisk -l and df -h).
- The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.
- Any other information that you think might be relevant.
Please paste files and logs with proper code formatting, and especially avoid blurry screenshots.

The main search text box doesn't search by person name
Not the main search. Through the advanced search
As I suspected, I found "export const maximumLengthSearchPeople = 1000;" in lib/constants.ts. Today I have 1140 people in my library, which means 140 people are unsearchable. How should I go about it? Should I submit a bug report? What are the chances of getting this expanded or removed?
