Postgres DB Corrupted
When I tried to open Immich half an hour ago, it no longer showed any images, and clicking on any sidebar entry (not just the people entry) gives an error like this:

Looking at the log, it seems like my Postgres database is corrupted (see link to log below). Any tips on how to proceed? I've only been running Immich for a few weeks, so I haven't set up backups yet, but I'd rather not reupload all of my files and reclassify all of the people, if at all possible.
