Tips for offloading thumbnail generation?
Hello! I am planning to convert my synology photos repository to Immich. I have about 2tb of family photos and video to import - I’ve started on a subset already. I have Immich running on a ds224+ with extra ram, but I’ve read that load sharing is supported and “left as an exercise to the reader”
Can someone point me in the right direction? I’m assuming it involves installing Immich on e.g. my desktop but mounting and pointing the docker-compose.yml to the redis and Postgres locations on my nas? Is that all?
